After 9 years in corporate marketing, I quit. I was ready to explore my deep love of the human body - the beauty of its functions and movement, and transform this knowledge to helping others. Innately, I was led into massage therapy & bodywork. My initial training included Swedish, Deep Tissue & Shiatsu and I immediately started delving into continuing education for Reflexology, Reiki, Thai bodywork, Ohashiatsu, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release and Aromatherapy. As my clients began to diversify, I decided to study Pre/Postnatal Massage, Infant Massage and The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy™. From there I found CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and SomatoEmotional Release (SER).
My decision to change my career had transformed my life in so many different ways, particularly while studying The Arvigo Techniques. The first level of training is Self-Care. Although I had become so aware of everything within the body my focus was still more outward, and this class allowed me to go deeper within myself. It inspired me to continue to the Professional & Certification Level so I could not only provide a great bodywork session, but give my clients an amazing tool of self-care treatments with ancient wisdom. Empowering others with the knowledge of their own body's wisdom has been invaluable. I am also a Certified Self-Care Teacher of this technique so that I may continue to deliver this to many others.
My passion with self-care ensued my curiosity to another level and right into a Yoga Teacher Training to deepen my own practice. In addition to personal advancement, I gained another tool to provide my clients with. Naturally, I added a specialty course for Pre/Postnatal Yoga.
In addition to my bodywork practice, I also provide Spa Consulting services to help design programs, create and train teams.

Listen to your body. What is your body telling you right now?
The adventure of life is to learn.
The goal of life is to grow.
The nature of life is to change.
The essence of life is to care.
The secret of life is to dare.
The beauty of life is to give.
The joy of life is to love.
